Samuel Dossou is an inspiring man who has acted with wisdom and talent throughout his life and strives for excellence. He believes that scientific breakthroughs require breaking existing rules and relying on creative and critical thinking. Africa, which has undergone many changes in recent years, also needs to change educational concepts and to increase awareness of technological studies, which is one of the main axes around which our lives revolve. The Corona crisis has undoubtedly created new realities in the fields of work and learning, and it has brought Samuel Dossou to the realization that the power of an online academic institution of international status can change the face of Benin in particular and of Africa in general.
He has pointed out that the exploitation and application of technology would greatly help the integration of Africa into modern technological systems in the wider world. Global-level collaboration can take place between different centers across Africa and the world, in learning projects, information exchange and in the organization of simultaneous meetings at different places in the world.
